The Black Chamber of Commerce of Southern Illinois (BCCSI) is an organization that strives to develop, educate, economically empower, sustain, and promote African-American businesses across southern Illinois.

We aim to advocate for economic development through business-friendly legislative policies, entrepreneurship, procurement opportunities, community reinvestment, and professional development programs that strengthen and sustain Black-owned businesses in the local area and statewide.
